I'm delighted to have been executive coaching and team coaching since 2012, a development on from my own 24 year, including Board-level, prior career in London's top advertising agencies and in brand communications. The extra lenses I use with my coaching clients are psychoanalytic and systemic, earned from both my Tavistock Masters in leadership in organisations (Distinction) and my EMCC senior practitioner-level accredited Tavistock Consulting Executive Coaching certification. This combination allows me to work with clients to identify pressures in the system that may be frustrating effective, impactful flow- whether their own or within the systems around them- and to work with what is conscious as well as with what is less evident, and to then co-create new fluidity, broader range and transformative impact.
